History of The Britting Group

The Britting Group was founded in 1992 by Karen Britting. Karen began her career as a full time Realtor in 1986 serving as an agent for a local firm where she quickly established herself as a top producer and "client oriented" agent, a motto that continues in the company today. After forming the group, she has since been joined by additional associates who carry the same philosophy. The group is a combination of the talents and energies of licensed real estate professionals with a total of over 30 years experience. Since its inception, the company has participated in excess of 100 million dollars in real estate sales and has grown primarily as a result of customer satisfaction and referrals.

The needs of the client, and exceeding the client's expectations have been paramount to our team's success and longevity. The company's expertise and continued excellence is reflected by the presence of several prestigious awards and designations held by its members -- a Phoenix Award recipient (10 years or more in The Million Dollar Club), Life Members of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and an Associate Broker.  In Nov 2001 Keren's husband and business partner, Scott, took over the responsibility of running the team.  The company enjoys the privilege of working with home sellers, home buyers, investors and commercial clients.
